We were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view over the desert till the dead sea and with a jacuzzi. Team is very attentive, they even found a yoga mat for me. There is coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby, they give good hiking hints. Breakfast is amazing prepared with a lot of love for details.

Especially, Rinat, The shift manager, who showed excellent servicability and kindness. All the staff members were very nice and hekpful, but Rinat especially, was above them all.

Club Hotel Eilat is located in Eilat, less than a 3-minute walk from the beach and Mall Hayam shopping center, and covers an area of over 10 acres. I arrived at about 5am in the morning and the front desk agent gave me a breakfast voucher which I really appreciate. I really like the location of this hotel at the center of Eilat and where my tour was going to pick up the group. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave and sink with dish soap and utensils. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. My room had a small dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa and a huge balcony. The bed and linens are fine.
