We also used the complimentary service of the hotel that gives you a free ride from the hotel to the aiport. Our driver was excellent. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a doorman with a mustache, and the refreshing rose water offered at check-in set a wonderful tone for my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely shower and plenty of complimentary drinking water. I was also impressed by the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food and beverages, with some items made to order hot and fresh. The breakfast was so delightful that it made me excited to start each day, eager to enjoy both the delicious food and the warm smiles that greeted me The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive, well-mannered, and friendly, always eager to ensure a positive experience. This same level of service was evident across all departments especially with the Executive Housekeeper, her exceptional service left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her attention and assistance. The gym was well-maintained and clean, and I felt safe there, knowing security was always present just outside the gate. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful evening check-ins by housekeeping, offering any assistance I may have needed, which demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the Civil Line metro station, restaurants, hospital, and convenience stores. Maiden Hotel will always be my sanctuary away from home, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Buffet breakfast was amazing. Hotel overall was very nice and it was a great stay. Close to the airport and a short taxi ride to malls.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower facilities. Hotel was superb. Neat, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and really good with lots of options. Front desk staff helped us with transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again!
