The breakfast was superb - so much selection and ability to order as many additional as you like. Upon arrival, I misunderstood the bed type I had booked and not only could they accommodate the bed request last minute but upgraded us for free as well. Talk about quality service!!

The location, the beautifully decorated room and common areas, the super comfortable bed, amazing shower, but a special mention goes to the crew, the food and the service. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable and the chef’s food is just absolutely amazing. We ordered some of the snacks and a vegetarian dinner - both were excellent. The biggest plus for me was the free airport pickup—after a long flight, it was a huge relief to have a driver waiting and ready to take me straight to the hotel without any hassle. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a short walk from the New Delhi Railway Station, which made getting around the city super easy. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—they assisted with travel tips, food recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. The 24/7 front desk was also a big plus for late check-ins. Overall, for the price, location, and quality of service, Hotel Balaji offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi, especially if you’re arriving by air and want a smooth, stress-free start to your trip.
