Standing tall in the up-scale Cuffe Parade, the award-winning President Mumbai offers a swimming pool and pampering spa treatments. The place is apparently one of the best in the city. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful, in every area of the business; security, baggage staff, reception, cafe, all really nice people. The venue is very beautiful, especially when dressed for Christmas, and the staff all wear beautiful uniforms. I actually got incredibly sick on my last night and I couldn't have asked for more help and support from the night receptionist - she deserves a medal as I was in tears. She called the doctor, had some meds driven over for me, had things brought to my room and when I checked out even asked if I needed her to call anyone at home because I was travelling alone and about to take a long flight. I'm sure this goes above the usual 'check out checklist'. Really comfy beds, a great shower, also and delicious food, we even had an Indian flute player for breakfast one day!

El Hotel Elphinstone se encuentra a solo 500 metros del famoso y bullicioso mercado de Crawford y a 3,2 km de la Puerta de la India, y ofrece recepción 24 horas y habitaciones modernas con aire... Por fuera parece destartalado....nada que ver con el interior. La amabilidad del personal más que impecable, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias desayuno rico. Nos ayudaron en todo. A 10min a pie del Crowford Market....Con uber y según tráfico cerca de marina drive y otras atracciones en Colaba. Una estancia corta pero perfecta!! Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tant agradable.

The room size was very good with excellent customer service from the staff... The main attraction was the location with lots of noise and people... but the rooms were sound proof... Overall a great experience and full marks for the service...
