They put service front and centre. Call out to Padmini the housekeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay better. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the sights in French quarter. The manager Kavitha is fab! The courtyard restaurant, greenery and I have to mention my favourite cocktail, the green mango margarita!

This is my second time coming here. I really liked it. Rooms are very nice and clean. I really like that it is very close to everywhere from here. The railway station, beach, shops are all nearby. What more could you want? Likewise, whenever we ask for anything, they immediately do what we need. The staff is very respectful and kind. Especially since I asked for a room early in the morning. Similarly, they had my room ready for me at the time I asked. It is very happy. I didn't have to wait that long at the reception either. The reservation was done easily and I got the room immediately. Thanks for the staff and team ❤️. I requested that I have the same room as the last time I went, as I had requested. I was very happy that they prepared the same room for me... Once again thank u Team.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The breakfasts had a great selection of foods. The housekeeping was excellent. The swimming pool on the roof was a real bonus and had stunning views of the city. Couldn't fault it.
