Hotel Ratan Vilas is a family-managed boutique heritage property. It offers 4-star amenities. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Delicious food, fabulous grounds and pool, incredibly helpful staff. One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had (and I have had quite a few). I will absolutely be back.

Built over 175 years ago within the city of Jaipur as the royal family manor, Samode Haveli reflects the style and elegance of the royals. A special feature of the Haveli is the elephant ramp. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre. This Hotel was on another level. The facilities and the staff were beyond amazing. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, a massage parlour and a spa and wellness centre, The Gulaal is located in Jaisalmer. It is 1 km from Jaisalmer Fort, Gadisar Lake and Jaisalmer Folklore Museum. The property offers free parking. Very clean, lovely room and very nice swimming pool. Also lovely terrace and nice food and staff.

The hostel is located within a short walk of shops, restaurants and many other tourist attractions. The City Palace and Jagdish Temple are situated 200 metres away. Udaipur Airport is located 24 km away. The front end staff were so kind and helpful, very welcoming and fun to be around. It felt like family. Love the tours they offer and really enjoyed my sunrise scooty ride.

Hot/cold shower facilities are included in the en suite bathroom. The management and the staff hospitality were great from the onset of the trip until the very end of it. The food, the location, and the stay were exquisite. The management was very hospitable and took great effort in providing us with a great travel and stay experience.

Previously owned by the Maharaj of Madri and restored to its current state, Madri Haveli features elegant rooms with stained glass windows. The area around it is conserved for tourist heritage walk. Situated on a hill, it has a rooftop restaurant and terrace offering city and lake views. Beautiful haveli, well restored and well maintained. The staff were nice and helpful — they picked us up at the taxi drop-off point and arranged a tuk-tuk for our check-out day at a reasonable price. The room was beautiful and clean. The location is convenient, right in the heart of the city, with a rooftop offering a nice view, even though it’s not on the lakeside. The Indian food was good as well.

The rooftop terrace, where breakfast and dinner are served, offers a stunning view of the Jaisalmer Fort—a perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the city. Although we arrived too late for dinner, Mr. Fifu welcomed us with delicious masala chai and shared valuable tips about local attractions, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and if we ever return to Jaisalmer, we would definitely choose this place again. A heartfelt thank-you to Mr. Fifu for his kindness and hospitality!
