The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and have a completely traditional decor. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of Jaisalmer Durg ( Fort) from the terrace restaurant. The owner Shri Virender displays authentic Indian hospitality and was ever ready to help out with any extra need we had. The restaurant offers wonderful and delicious food. They have a lovely and perfectly maintained pool and a Spa alongside which offers a fantastic Ayurvedic Massage - We all went for it 😊. I would strongly recommend Gulaal Haveli to everyone who wants the perfect stay in Jaisalmer.

This charming hostel is situated in the Old City and overlooks the famous Pichola Lake. Hostel Mantra features a traditional Rajasthan Haveli-style décor and houses a rooftop terrace and a restaurant.... The location is really good, the rooftop terrace is just perfect for sunset! But the gem of the hostel is Dwisha, the sweetest receptionist ever. She was very helpful, friendly and funny. She made our experience even better! :) PS: We arrived very early in the morning and they let us stay in the common area where we managed to sleep a bit.
