The 5-star Park Hyatt Chennai features a spa with rooftop infinity pool and fitness centre offering panoramic city views and views of the Guindy Forest Reserve. The complimentary breakfast from Park Brasserie Cafe was good. The pre-made menu was a delight; we had the rice bowl, avocado toast and eggs. All food items were delicious, and the scenery of water lilies was beautiful. Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.

A 3-minute walk from 'Lady Doak College, JC Residency in Madurai provides an outdoor pool and a gym. Everything was exceptional. Especially the help desk staff Mr. Krishna was very good, much helpful and always at the quick response. Almost all the staffs are very good, respectful and friendly. Best place for the families.

The location is pretty central and close enough to take a rickshaw to other attractions. The staff was excellent at the facility, but they do linger around for tips, and I felt a strong expectation to tip at every turn. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean and the multiple elevators were a great convenience. Breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh fruit and options to enjoy.
