The 5-star Park Hyatt Chennai features a spa with rooftop infinity pool and fitness centre offering panoramic city views and views of the Guindy Forest Reserve. The complimentary breakfast from Park Brasserie Cafe was good. The pre-made menu was a delight; we had the rice bowl, avocado toast and eggs. All food items were delicious, and the scenery of water lilies was beautiful. Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.

Sitting on the top of Pasumalai Hill, Gateway Madurai stretches over 62 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens. It has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and an Ayurvedic treatment center. This is a gem. The restaurant is for royalty, the rooms are beyond any expectations and the grounds are wonderful. It is a magical place to stay. The dbb package was amazing and provided a fantastic start to our trip.
