Swimming Pool was great (You can see the Taj Mahal from Swimming Pool in summer). 3. Stuff was very friendly and helpful 4. Room and washroom were wonderfully clean, beds were comfy and the room service was also very good. 5. The receptionist (at night) was great. I requested him to open the swimming pool section after the closing time of pool to take a photo of the Taj Mahal on the full moon night. In the beginning he said it’s out of their rule but later he let me go there and take a picture. 6. Complimentary Breakfast was excellent with multi cuisine food almost all of which tasted great. Each room provides you with cable TV, bottled water, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and some premium rooms bathrooms have a bath tub as well hot water showers. A quiet haven amidst the busy streets of Varanasi, but everything is very accessible once you find your way around. The room was big, bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The restaurant serves beautiful, hygenic, food (I had lamb or chicken every night.) What really makes this hotel is the staff. From a welcome ceremony with a gift of Shiva necklaces, to a parting gift of photographs of our arrival, the reception staff and room staff were so kind and helpful. A special mention for Divakar in the restaurant, who helped with menu choices, gave lots of information about the city and his culture and even personally cooked my omelette on the last morning, which was delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and there are security with gates outside the hotel to make you feel extra safe. Their restaurant was absolutely divine too!!!! Such friendly staff.
