Shree Ganesha Palace is a 80 year old heritage property located in Varanasi. Free WiFi access is available throughout the hotel. A quiet haven amidst the busy streets of Varanasi, but everything is very accessible once you find your way around. The room was big, bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The restaurant serves beautiful, hygenic, food (I had lamb or chicken every night.) What really makes this hotel is the staff. From a welcome ceremony with a gift of Shiva necklaces, to a parting gift of photographs of our arrival, the reception staff and room staff were so kind and helpful. A special mention for Divakar in the restaurant, who helped with menu choices, gave lots of information about the city and his culture and even personally cooked my omelette on the last morning, which was delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The place was clean, nice , staff was good, always helpful and most importantly very quick all the time. No trouble faced. Location is near to Agra fort and 15 mins away from Taj. Overall good experience.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The staff booked me a train ride back to Delhi making sure I got a good seat and made sure I got the the station on time. Food and service at the restaurant was amazing.
