I really recommend booking rooms in the newer building as they are brand new and very nicely done (no carpet but nice wooden floor). Staff is fantastic always tries to make you feel comfortable and help with your needs. Cleaning ladies are really helpful and you can always talk to them about cleaning time. We even asked for extra blankets and extra towels. We travelled with the dog and its really good hotel for dogs, not only a lot of green but also close to beach and very calm and silent overall. Staff makes sure its always clean everywhere. We have been here in 2022 and this year in 2023 they also added outside sauna and gym. Gym for us was fantastic, open, very "in" with current trends. Lunch at the pool was always very good and taste including drinks and pool was very clean and dinner was worth paying for, really good experience with outside sitting, staff very helpful and nice, food very good. Walk towards beach is really beautiful at this hotel. Beach itself is classic beach, water quality depends on weather. Both bartenders are making kicking good drinks:)

But what really surprised me was the evening meal. The main dishes were included in the price, depending on the reservation. But the drinks were ordered extra for a fee. But now comes the surprise! The bottle of water ordered at the table, if it wasn't consumed all, was kept in the fridge until the next evening when it was brought to your table again. It was your water that you hadn't finished. I've never seen something like that at any hotel or restaurant .Respect for this correct team!

Right off the pedestrian area of Jesolo, Hotel Garni San Carlo is just 30 metres from the Adriatic Sea. It offers a private beach, classically decorated rooms, and a buffet breakfast. Wi-Fi is free. The staff is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of (they clean them everyday), the breakfast is delicious and it has very tasty bakery. The room is confortable, the bathroom is spacious. The beach is close and you have sun-bed and umbrella included. The location is very close to the center, but is not too close, so it is not noisy. It is a place where you would love to come back. I recommend it!

The room was small but perfectly formed but the air con didn't work very well. Pool area was lovely and very clean.

Right in central Lignano Sabbiadoro, Hotel Rossini 4S is only 150 metres from the beach. It features a free heated outdoor swimming pool and gym. The staff is very welcoming. The only hotel which has always bikes available to use anytime of the day
