We loved the location, right in the center of Agrigento town, a few steps off the main street. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and sights. The main street was buzzing from locals' strolls (we were there in the off season), and had a lovely atmosphere. Even the walk to the Valley of the Temples (outside of town) took no longer than 40 minutes, on paved sidewalk (there is a bus service for those who prefer that). Our room was perfectly clean and well designed, equipped with everything we needed for a 3 days' stay. Orazio checked us in and made sure we had all the information and amenities we needed. We appreciated the attention to details, the cookies, candies, bottled water, toiletries. Martina, a lovely and hospitable lady served us the exceptional breakfast. We had never seen anything alike in Italy, this breakfast had literally everything you can wish for, we called it gourmet breakfast, absolutely abundant, delicious, and served with style! All in all, Amelies's is a wonderful accommodation, highly recommended, especially for couples!

Also very friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process very easy and offered a good breakfast.

The main area was very nice as well and the staff were always there to help. The Spa services were another highlight. We only stayed 1 night but wished we were there for a full week.
