We were welcomed by a highly friendly Salvatore, son of the owners, everybody there was so friendly, the mother, the father who spoke very good french, we also met a daughter, a son-in-law, a grandson ...and all the animals on the estate, dogs, cat, guinea pigs, geese, little pigs, a peacoke...we felt very well there, at ease, like at home The view from the house, a house with so much character, the decoration, the distribution of the rooms...the view from the terrace was amazing and unique. At night fall, the temples from the valley lit up in a warm orangy colour, and that was so beautiful

We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful room looking directly out over the temples, simply stunning. Our room was really beautiful and spacious, and the staff so helpful. Pool was a great warm temperature, quite a change after experiencing many cool pools in Sicily! Finally the restaurant, Terrace of the Gods - we had 'front row' seats looking directly onto the temples and the food was outstanding!

Set in the historical centre of Agrigento, La Nuova Girgenti offers modern rooms and apartments with a balcony and air conditioning. WiFi is free in shared areas. Fantastic stay, in a magnificent part of the old city. Very friendly! Really worth the stop!

The offerings for breakfast were plentiful and prepared very well. Her recommendations for experiences and dining were great local knowledge. Emma's husband helped me with a car issue. The guest area and our bedroom are furnished beautifully. The location in San Leone is positioned perfectly for a nice walk to the sea and very good restaurants. We recommend Due Sorelle as a wonderful B&B.

Everything was just perfect, starting from a cozy room with breathtaking view, delicious breakfast and easy accessibility to the Valle dei Templi and the city center. Georgia was very kind to understand our situation and host us later than planned, special thanks to this!

Featuring a garden with a free outdoor pool, Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Valley of the Temples. This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!
