Set halfway up the hill separating the Valdarno and Chianti Valleys, Villa Barberino dates back to the 14th-century. It offers landscaped gardens, luxury accommodation, and panoramic views. We spend two nights out of a week of traveling in Italy and it was our best stay ever!!! The property is by far the most beautiful we have stayed at. The staff and the receptionist where so nice and helpful we totally recommend this place and hope to come back!!!

Terre dei Cavalieri is a totally renovated farmhouse, with ample rooms, bathrooms, beautiful swimming pool area, very good restaurant. Excellent location to visit Cortona and adjacent areas in Tuscany and Umbria. Everything clean and organized. Restaurant was fully booked on Saturday night, local people like the place and the food.

Relais Villa Baldelli is a 17th-century villa, immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside near Cortona. It offers free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. A pastoral paradise. For my wife and I, the outstanding element of this wonderful villa was the willingness of the staff to do everything to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Hotel San Michele is located inside of one of the oldest buildings of Cortona, the ancient Baldelli Palace, strategically located right in the heart of town. Perfect location in Cortona. Room was quite spacious, good for a 3 day stay. Breakfast had varied selection, attentive staff. Good parking facilities.

Located just 6 km from Cortona, Villa di Piazzano is an elegant historical villa. Its landscaped gardens include a terrace for al fresco dining, a pool and panoramic countryside views. It was truly an indulgence. The staff are absolute professionals – attentive, caring, and always ready to help. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, the wonderful ambience, and the impeccable service. Every moment felt special!

La Corte Di Ambra is located in Cortona's historical centre. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Elegantly renovated facilities. Room and en suite bath were spacious and traditionally styled. Located right near food, shopping, groceries and sights. Wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, (Sarah’s mom’s Cornettos we’re our favorite of the entire trip!) Family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

Set in Arezzo’s Piazza Grande, La Corte Del Re Suite & Rooms Arezzo is an ancient building that still has some of its original Etruscan and Medieval walls. The location was perfect-the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We bought some of their wine and truffle products. I liked that there were kitchen facilities in the room. Handy if you are staying for a few days.
