Clean, very nice location in the city centre of Bologna, very nice and helpful staff , parking need to reserve in advance, very nice restaurant for the breakfast

It is located in the historical centre of Bologna, a 10-minute walk from the Bologna Towers and the main square, Piazza Maggiore. Great stay, in a cozy and beautiful space, very tastefully decorated! It is near the city centre, and everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed the breakfast served in the common space, as well as the spacious bathroom and the view to the backyard with the fountain. Staff was very nice and helpful as well!

The elegant rooms include a CD and DVD player, together with relaxing bathrobe and slippers. Agostino was a great host and was a wealth of information with things to see and do and helped us enormously. The breakfast was excellent and the location is great, only about a 5 minute walk to the central piazza. The rooms are full of charm and well appointed. Would definitely recommend this B and B. The other guests during our stay were all repeat and loyal customers and also spoke highly of Agostino and this accommodation. Hopefully we will return to Bologna in the future.

Breakfast was superb, great choice of different items, sufficient for various dietary habits. Would recommend it to anyone who travels around Italy and needs the resting point in the vicinity of the city and a highway.
