Located in a quiet area 3 km from the city centre, this unique stone building is 10 minutes' drive from Lido Sant'Angelo beach. Rooms offer views of the garden or Ionian Sea. WiFi and parking are all free. Amazing hotel! Beautiful building and grounds, lovely walks in the farm, very convenient location but still feel away from it all, even though city is quite close. My daughter loved the dogs! Breakfast lovely, and the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially liked having a kitchenette as we have many food allergies and it made the trip easier to cook dinners. Thank you!

The property itself is stunning: the guest rooms are situated at one end of the beautiful gardens, each with its own private patio where a gorgeous and delicious homemade breakfast is served every day. The rooms are perfectly equipped, and filled with all of the small thoughtful touches that distinguish this place from 99.9% of hotels. Francesco was a great host, very easy to communicate with, very helpful answering questions, providing recommendations, organizing transportation. Truly a pleasure to deal with , my wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously, highly recommend.

The sandy beach is 450 metres away, reachable via a staircase. Perfect accommodation in this beautiful town. Not far from the historical center, in a quiet street. The hotel and all the rooms are clean, cozy, excellent breakfast in a pleasant garden setting. Everything is great. But the best thing was the staff's attitude - a very helpful receptionist, she met all my requests - she even arranged to extend my stay by two nights.
