The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs; breakfast was fresh and delicious (and offered a good variety for people with dietary restrictions), the decor was lovely and cherry on the cake: a harpist during Sunday's breakfast - it was simply magical! IQ Hotel Milano has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Milan. With a fitness centre, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property features a sauna, evening entertainment and room service. The hotel was a stone's throw from Milano Central train station. So it was very convenient for us who are travelling by train to our destinations in Italy. I particularly liked their smoking area in the hotel that was located on the top floor, which was open, much like a roof top smoking area but shaded. Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic with various choices of cold cuts pastries and desserts for only 13 Euros.
