Location is great, walkable from most of touristic attractions and suitable for a healthy active person who loves exploring. The building is historical but has elevator. When we arrived personnel welcomed us with romantically arranged room since it was our anniversary holiday trip, which we consider to be a very polite and thoughtful gesture. Rooms was cozy, beds and pillows great, bathroom very spacious. Breakfast was very good, basic options but very yummy and fresh, rooms and facilities clean and personnel very polite, helpful and welcoming! We would gladly return! Thank you Palazzo Martellini!

I had a wonderful stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani”! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes away from all the main attractions, yet the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the city center. Fabio, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. When my mom’s backpack, which had the apartment keys inside, was stolen, Fabio provided clear instructions to access the apartment and even left new keys waiting for us at the door. His kindness and efficiency made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making our stay very comfortable. This was my first time in Florence, but it definitely won’t be my last! I will absolutely return and stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani” again. Highly recommend!

Property has a great location, you will get to the main attractions by 20-30 min walk. Nerby there are supermarkets - carrefour and esselunga. The apartment is clean and new, bed is very comfy. In the kitchen you will find all necessary equipment for cooking. WiFi was working well, no issues at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally there is a possibility to park a car in the outdoor parking or garage. In overall I would definitely recommend this place, we stayed for 4 nights and very pleasantly surprised.

Set in a green area of Florence, Villa Nardi is 10 minutes' walk from the Boboli Gardens and the ancient city gate of Porta Romana. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nardi. We had a safe parking spot on the property, the garden was beautiful, and the people were so nice! The breakfast was also very good, and it was customised each resident. We loved every minute of our stay, and will absolutely be back next time we visit Florence. Also the pups were so sweet!
