Everybody was incredibly friendly and responsive — they reached out to us in advance, gave all the necessary information, and made us feel confident and well taken care of even before we arrived. The apartment itself is very cozy and perfectly located in the heart of Como. Right on the waterfront, the ferry is at the doorstep and central in Bellagio The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room had everything you need and the bar on level 5 has the most amazing view and the breakfast was really good!

We were very happy that everyone in hotel was very nice, the receptionist was very good speaking in English and was very helpful with everything.the place was awesome and this view from huge window I love it! We left completely relaxed and already dreaming of returning.
