The location of the hotel is excellent as it is opposite ferry pier which makes it very easy to move around Lake Como. The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel staff was super friendly, really lovely, smiling people always willing to help and answer any questions.

Everything was perfect. The location is close to the station and just a few steps away from the lake. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was friendly, kind. The breakfast was delicious and we had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing

This restored 19th century villa is set on the western shores of Lake Como, 1.5 km from Cernobbio. It offers elegant rooms with parquet floors and marble bathrooms. Honestly every think was spectacular in the hotel specifically Mr. Mattia he was amazing with his hospitality and such a spectacular morning smile and he helped us so much and he offered for us a wonderful time at hotel ❤️

I don't even know where to begin. This place was exceptional! My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

The property offers its guests a wide garden with swimming pool and free WiFi access in all areas. the best service I have ever tried. The staff went out of their way to service us. And they were so approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and a treat. it was quit yet close to downtown. great views.

A 2-minute walk from Lake Como shores, Balbianino is located in Lenno’s historic centre, 500 metres from the ferry terminal. Good location. We walked to Villa del Balbianello, restaurants, a grocery store, ferry dock, and boat rental. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Property was clean. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed eating on the patio outside.

The place was exceptional - the history, the views, the location. So many wonderful details. Christiano and Ariana were exceptional hosts. We highly recommend their sailboat tour around the lake, great company, great food, and history about the lake surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The views from our room were stunning in 3 directions.
