Beautiful hotel with lake view from the breakfast room and some of the rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast. We came by train and it's possible to reach the hotel by foot from the station (at least if you're used to walking a fair amount). We enjoyed being able to take the train to various cities such as Florence and Verona.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel, the staff are all helpful and attentive. We loved seeing how well they take care of the kittens that live there. Our room was perfect and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had.

There is a van of the hotel that takes you to the villa, parking is good. There is a bar in the front or the hotel where they have great food and a very nice vibe! We also got a wince in our check out, which was very nice

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, including helping to arrange transportation to and from the train station last minute. The breakfast was exceptional. We will be returning!
