The owners, Simona and Alberto, where great in hospitality and the food in the restaurant was very good. The pool is small but the is sufficient for children. The view is gorgeous.

The Reception works always so not a problem if you come here at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect.

Hotel Royal is a family-run hotel located in a quiet area near Lake Maggiore, offering views of Borromeo Bay and the Alps. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Staff friendly & helpful , very easy access to a lovely pool are , food and evening meal excellent , we ate there three times during our stay . Our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our stay by 2 nights the team were very good finding us another room and moving our luggage for us all very smooth , excellent service thank you so much .

The intimate and modern Hotel Ancora is found on the shore of Lake Maggiore. Here you can experience an excellent, personalised service in a luxury, boutique hotel. It was a beautiful hotel, located right at the lake. The rooms were very clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed. We also booked a lake view hotel, which we highly recommend. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast was tasty, there was a variety of foods to choose from, from baked goods to fresh fruit and vegetables, from sweet to savory. The room service was exceptional, the staff friendly and professional and the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was rainy during our stay, so we spent more time in the hotel than planned, and were happy to have been in the Hotel Ancora, as it made those rainy days extra cozy and comfortable.
