It's a heavenly location with fantastic views and nature in a very calm setting. The staff was super attentive and helpful, and the facilities were impeccably clean. The breakfast was really nice—fresh and yummy, though the same every day. The beach is just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel, adding to the convenience. Additionally, it's easily reachable by foot from the train station, taking around 7 minutes max. An awesome base for exploring Cinque Terre! Will definitely come back, if there again.

Staff are helpful and efficient and speak English well. The interior decoration was what exceeded my expectations!!!! Super classical elegant fancy interior design, truly blown away. The spiral staircase that goes around and up til the top floor is very beautiful with many stain-glass window details. Room is very big as well which impressed me too ! Beds were comfy, sofa is very long and big, nice welcome gifts/ food given in the room, toilet is spacious and clean, and ample space for opening big luggages. Loved my stay here :)

An Art Nouveau villa, it offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms with air conditioning and satellite TV. Most rooms overlook the Tigullio Gulf. What is not to like?! The property is one of 5 beautiful similar buildings on a wonderful street and location in Rapallo. Excellent base to explore local gems like Santa Margherita Ligure, Recco, and Camogli. Perfect location for everything, including the ferry and the local market along the street on certain days. We got lucky to experience the chocolate festival as well! The room was spacious with a great bathroom and the room had a perfect view right out to the water/beach/sunset. The breakfast is by far the best breakfast we have had at a non-brand name hotel in Europe! And as if it couldn't be any better, then there's the STAFF! Sara started us off on such a positive note with her very helpful and friendly emails prior to arrival, then to meet her in person was the icing on the cake. She is such a lovely caring person and she made us feel like family. She gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. Elina greeted us also on arrival and when she found out we needed to check in quickly to make the ferry to Portofino (last one of the season), she immediately got us checked in quickly and then went out the door with us to show us exactly where to meet the ferry! And Greta. She is amazing and so friendly and incredibly helpful! We saw her often because she was working a lot, and she always greeted us like we were her brothers and with a big smile on her face. She helped with our requests and even created a small box to help us mail a package while there. All 3 of them helped us greatly while retrieving one of our pieces of luggage that was delayed and then had it placed in the room once it arrived. Needless to say, we loved our 6 days at this property and would come back in a heartbeat! Congrats on a winning place in every aspect and your staff are the best assets of all!
