We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is truly incredible. The staff were extremely welcoming and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights is the convenient shuttle bus that runs every hour, taking you down from the mountain and back up again – such a great service and a big plus for this place. The hotel itself is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment. The only small thing – and it’s not really a minus – is that it would be amazing if the hotel had a swimming pool. With such stunning views, relaxing in a pool would be the ultimate experience. Overall, the hotel is amazing, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

The Bristol Palace features an impressive elliptical staircase, leading to its elegant rooms. This historic building is in central Genoa, 100 metres from Piazza De Ferrari. It was an amazing and memorable experience. Every single detail was exceptional! Thank you Carlo and the entire team for your outstanding service. Hussein was also extremely helpful during the breakfast.

The best hotel I have ever been . We lost money by the pool and even didn’t know about it . The staff of the hotel found 750€ and gave us . The best hotel in the world and the best staff in the world . The food was perfect,delicious and fresh . The service was at the highest level . I will come back to this stunning hotel.

Both looked even better than pictured. The room was cozy and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the grounds were gorgeous. I wish our plans allowed us to stay longer than one night!
