A very convenient location close to the airport with a lovely wine bar nearby, staff ordered us a taxi which arrived promptly. Very simple check in and check out and staff were very responsive to messages. Also a cool herd of deer are living nearby!!

The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs; breakfast was fresh and delicious (and offered a good variety for people with dietary restrictions), the decor was lovely and cherry on the cake: a harpist during Sunday's breakfast - it was simply magical! Location was also great, just 2 steps away from Metro stop!

Location is good, right in front of the ferry terminal, and only 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Varenna-Esino train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
