The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed, with a luxurious atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind — they treated me and my children with so much care and warmth. Breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless. For my birthday, they surprised me with fresh juices, fruits, chocolates, and a sweet handwritten message. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience unforgettable.

Only 5 minutes' walk from Piazza Vittoria, La Filanda B&B is in Brescia's historic centre. It offers elegant rooms with antique furniture, wood-beamed ceilings and free Wi-Fi. The room is nice and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is real Italian - light, mostly sweet and quick. We had nice pastries and coffee. Location is excellent

Although we did not have a lakefront room, we had an enclosed balcony that gave us a view of the lake and the Alps. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. In my 11 trips to Italy, there was only a B&B in Rome that I thought this highly of. You will not be disappointed.
