An interesting hotel, or rather, a smaller palace arranged as a hotel, located relatively close to the train station and the main attractions. Large and warm rooms, rich and diverse breakfast. I loved the little perfumes they left me in my room, the breakfast was really delicious. The staff are very friendly. The room is comfortable, large and very modern, a pillow menu and comfy large bed. The hotel itself being converted from a perfume factory gives it a great vibe. Definitely visit the perfumery where they take you through all the perfumes and explain why and how they were created. Choose a perfume to remind you of your stay. The location is close to the Armani exhibit, the canal with lots of restaurants and easy to get around the whole city with the metro station close by. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless. For my birthday, they surprised me with fresh juices, fruits, chocolates, and a sweet handwritten message. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience unforgettable.

Room was clean and well maintained, with beautiful lake view. Breakfast was very tasty. I loved it. Location is good, right in front of the ferry terminal, and only 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Varenna-Esino train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

It was the perfect stay in the beautiful location. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Communication is very fast. It was our second stay here's and the next time at Como Lake, we will choose only this place. Parking is free and not far from the hotel, and the park with the beach is also just in 5 minutes from the hotel.
