The breakfast was included (coffee, tea, sweets, fruits - among them some fruits from the garden) and Paola was very helpful and discreet. The accomodation is at 20-30 minutes from the city center by bus, close to the Art Foundation Sandretto Re Rebaudengo and Merz Foundation. I totally recommend this place!
