The staff were so kind. We were nervous travelling to Italy for the first time but the staff were so welcoming and reassuring. They helped us with parking, accessing gluten free food and enjoying our trip. The staff made our holiday so special. I am really grateful for their help.

Amazing, cozy ambiente! If you like to have a ambience with character, a lot of wood, old nostalgia elements, old paintings and pictures and so one...this is the perfect place. Everything looks like from another time in a good sense and the place got a lot of character. We were really amazed about the superb shower and the bathroom (everything made out of wood), the comfortable beds, the spacious room and also the beautiful very cosy social/breakfast room downstairs. There is a free parking space and 24/7 check-in. Beautiful place! 10 of of 10.

The stay at La Chance Hotel was excellent value for money could not of wished for anything more out of our stay.
With booking a skiing trip for a group, the correspondence from the staff; in particular André in order to purchase ski passes and rent out skiing gear provided by the hotel was very much appreciated.
The hotel provide a storage department near the skiing platform which is an extra bonus, we were all too happy to leave out equipment there instead of going back with it to the hotel each day.
The spa facilities are also very good, and the massage on the Friday night after a week on the slopes was incredible.
Good spread provided each morning for breakfast, starting at 8am thus on the slopes well before 9am.
