Communication was proactive and very helpful, every detail was explained. The room is very nice, with daily cleaning service and superb bathroom. Everything you need was there, including such a small but making a huge difference thing like shaving set and toothbrush! The breakfast is just perfect, with fresh local products, great coffee, and freshly baked croissant, which smell is waking you up in the morning. The location is great, and the free parking is in 5 min walking. The cable car to the hills is in 5 min driving. Walking trails from Cogne and Lillaz in 35 min driving. Perfect stay. Will miss Aosta with its peaceful and easy pace and terrific views to the mountains. Thanks for the perfect stay!!

The suite/room was spacious yet warm and cozy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they were cleaned everyday. The view on the city center with the mountains in the background was breathtaking. The spa/inside swimming pool had a great view on the mountains, it was very relaxing and my wife had a great massage from Lea.

Once we figured out the parking, it was convenient to take the car in and out each day. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful as were all the other staff we encountered--the women in the breakfast area, after hours in the lounge. Breakfast was a delight with a range of local items to taste, part of the reason for traveling to have local experiences. Overall the location and convenience was just ideal.
