Room was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable with a good size bathroom and clean towels every day. Location was within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Also, the owner called for a taxi for us when we needed to go to the airport which was very helpful since we don't speak Italian.

Relais Dei Mercanti B&B And Suites is just a 10-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. Housed in a refurbished 13th-century building, it offers free Wi-Fi throughout. Everything was super. Very nice location.

This more than exceeded our expectations. What a quaint and charming B&B in an absolutely wonderful location. The property is in a very historic building adding to its uniqueness. The bonus was by the staff. Julia was wonderful in getting us checked in and settled. Andy and Andrew were the best host. They were so patient with us as we tried to navigate the streets of Pisa. They fixed an outstanding breakfast and so welcoming in our conversations with them. I highly recommend this spot if staying in Pisa. You will not be disappointed.

The convenience bar showed a level of trust and confidence that I haven't seen in over 30 years. Air-conditioning was very effective. Room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were spotless and everything was in excellent condition (like new).

The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the window was spectacular. The host was very helpful and friendly. Communication with the owner was easy, provided clear instructions in a timely manner. The location is great – just a few minutes from the city center. If I ever return to Pisa, I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend it to everyone.
