The bonus was by the staff. Julia was wonderful in getting us checked in and settled. Andy and Andrew were the best host. They were so patient with us as we tried to navigate the streets of Pisa. They fixed an outstanding breakfast and so welcoming in our conversations with them. I highly recommend this spot if staying in Pisa. You will not be disappointed.
