From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with so much hospitality and the staff really does a lot to get to know you and make your stay great. We had a little hiccup with our booking and the staff did so much to fix it and gave us a great stay and were really helpful giving us ideas on how to spend our week in the Imagna Valley. The food was great, the view was outstanding, the spa facilities were great, and the other guests at the hotel were respectful. Def. a perfect place for a laid-back and comfortable vacation while still having the perfect amount of luxury. We were there for our honeymoon and would recommend especially for couples.

She was very welcoming, nice and even ordered a pizza for us from a local pizza place, even the fact they have a dinner in the hotel. We had a room for a famly, but it's perfect for couples too. Very recommended. We loved the place.

This design hotel is located in the heart of Bergamo historic centre, next to the Gombito Tower. It is a 10-minute drive from Bergamo Station and 20 minutes from Orio Al Serio Airport. Lovely staff at the reception, we arrived on a late flight and they made sure to enter our car plate to the parking for us to have a smooth arrival. The room was lovely and renovated and the bathroom was spacious. Shops and cafes are just a few minutes walk away.
