Loved the renovation of the building! Old historical tobacco factory turned into a modern hotel. Clean, comfortable, excellent location, parking for the car just outside the window. One night wasn't enough.

Each apartment here features a flat-screen TV and exposed stone walls. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Our driver, the father of Cosimo (the owner), went above and beyond in helping us during our stay. As college students who took a bus into Locorotondo, we were limited in our ability ti get around without a car. Despite speaking no English, “Papa Cosimo” drove us to&from anywhere we needed to go - for only €10 for each day.

Set 50 metres from the rocky beach, and located in a pedestrian area, Malù has modern rooms with air conditioning and a balcony offering views over the sea and the Polignano coast. The breakfast upstairs with the sea view was fantastic. It's a great location to have a walk in the historical city centre. I really liked my stay here.

My partner and I plus two friends spent six days in Puglia - two of which were spent here in Monopoli. Without doubt this was the absolute highlight of an already fabulous trip - with EVERYTHING lovingly thought of and delivered, and with the loveliest of staff. We were picked up from the train station by the smiling and friendly Rocco in their fabulous 2CV and whisked through the narrow streets of the historical centre of Monopoli to simply beautiful accommodation. The building itself houses a number of different rooms and apartments - we had two studio apartments that were immaculate, beautifully designed and everything you could imagine included: a well equipped little kitchen, a lovely bathroom with robe and slippers, a tiny balcony and a super comfortable bed. Patricia the manager was an absolute delight and showed us to our rooms, and her colleague Florinda was also so charming and helpful. The breakfast, overseen by the lovely and ever attentive Daniela, was by far the best of our whole trip (plus that of our previous visit to Puglia) with a vast selection of fresh produce, both hot and cold, and the choice to sit down the little alleyway outside the property or inside a charming little room which becomes a restaurant in the evening. All the other staff too were smiling and cheerful and welcoming. The little hotel is right in the heart of this charming little old town, overlooking a picture-perfect square, and just one street from the seafront. We will definitely be coming back for a longer visit - and will use this as a perfect base to explore the area further. We all send huge thanks to everyone at Santa Maria 24 for such a magical stay. We can't wait to see you again next time!
