My boyfriend and I stayed at this elegant and professional hotel for 13 days, and we highly recommend it. We would also like to extend our specific thanks to the many staff members who provided exceptional and warm service. First and foremost, the hotel places a strong emphasis on cleanliness. Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs. Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.

Locația este ceva de vis. Am stat în trulli. Foarte curat, extrem de liniște, iar peisajul ne va rămâne sigur întipărit pe retina. Abia așteptam să ne trezim dimineața și să ne bem cafeaua in curte admirând livada de maslini. Recomandam din suflet cazarea aici și de asemenea recomandam sa aveți neapărat mașină, deoarece este departe de oraș. Nu este un drum pe care sa îl puteți parcurge pe jos și nici mijloc de transport în comun. Chiar daca temperatura era mai scăzută, am putut încălzi apartamentul cu aerul condiționat care făcea fata. Gazda zâmbitoare și ospitaliera. Cafea din partea casei.

Personalul de la receptie foarte amabil ! Am ajuns mai devreme decat ora mentionata pt check in si am putut lasa bagajele in receptie urmand ca,camera sa fie gata intr-o ora. Locatia cazarii intr-o zona linistita si foarte aprope de centru. Curatenia impecabila .

The Palazzo Bonomi is a excellent hotel located in the old town of Bisceglie just 5 mins walk from the port. The hotel has been reburbished to a very high standard and offers lovely light and airy rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning and lovely modern bathrooms. Everything is kept very well and the standard for cleanliness to high. Breakfast is a buffet selection which is very varied - fruit/pastries etc. We had a hire car and there was limited parking outside the hotel which the team managed very well. The location is very quiet.
