Rooms at the Masoli differ in design, with antique furniture and wooden floors. They feature a flat-screen TV, kettle and tea ingredients and a fully fitted bathroom. Some have a living area with library. The building is delightful, and the rooms enormous; the location is perfect, right next to the town centre and walking distances to all the sights of Ravenna. Our host was lovely and very helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. Such a lovely place to stay!

Rooms and suites come with a minibar and private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer. Each is decorated in white or pastel shades, while some boast views of the city’s rooftops. The hotel is very well located. We stayed one night and walked the center twice, being so close to all the attraction. They surprised us with a small bag for each of our daughters with small gifts (sweets, a card game, etc). Also, slippers and bathrobe their size were waiting for them in the room, and tea cups in animal shape. That was impressive. Very good breakfast variety despite the small display.

Modern bathroom. Breakfast served in a lovely room overlooking a courtyard.

Featuring 18th-century architecture, this former noble residence is in the centre of Ravenna and 400 metres from the train station. It offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. It is seriously a palace, the ceiling in the room is absolutely stunning, worth a museum one. The location is right at one of the landmark of the town, early christian cathedrals, Basilica di Sant Appolinari Nuova, and it is worth visiting them all. The breakfast is very good.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. I rate this a 10 not only for the rooms and amenities, but also for the staff, who were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed this stay very much. The location was excellent.

Rooms have wood floors and frescoed ceilings. Completely refurbished in 2008, amenities include air conditioning and LCD TVs. The owner and staff were fantastic. Made me feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing so many options. I would stay again.

Santa Maria Foris is in the historical centre of Ravenna, a 5-minute walk from the Galla Placidia Museum, Basilica San VItale and Piazza del Popolo square. This property features elegant, vintage design and free WiFi throughout. The staff are exceptionally professional and friendly, the location is central and walking distance to the centre and the gardens are fantastic to lounge in. They even had a bed with a food and water dish for our dog, very thoughtful.

Set within an 18th-century house, the hotel was completely refurbished to offer all modern comforts in historic surroundings, to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff were extremely helpful. In a great location close to everything and very comfortable.
