Sa Domu is a small, charming guest house with a family-run atmosphere and a central location in Cagliari, just a 5-minute walk from the harbour and train station. We really liked the place. Location is perfect: close to everything but still quiet. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was AMAZING! The owner was very responsive and welcoming!

The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel. One of our two favorite hotels in Sardinia, it is 1/2 block from the ferry landing in the heart of Maddalena. Super flexible and when I had to work a little later he gave us a later checkout. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade in rooms! The space was HUGE and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was coffee and small snacks. There was milk in the fridge and water! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
