Surrounded by small gardens, Park Hotel Asinara is a 10-minute walk from Stintino town centre. It features air-conditioned accommodation and a free shuttle to La Pelosa beach. Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Only stayed one night but wish we stayed for longer.

The Excelsior is located in the city centre of La Maddalena Island, a 2-minute walk from the ferries to/from Palau. There is free public parking in front of the hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Their recommendations - beaches, restaurants, etc - were all spot on! Breakfast was very good; Location is best in-class too.

Super flexible and when I had to work a little later he gave us a later checkout. He also gave us a complimentary upgrade in rooms! The space was HUGE and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was coffee and small snacks. There was milk in the fridge and water! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Set in the centre of Sorso, Piazza San Pantaleo offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It features a sun terrace, and is 4 km from the beach. We loved staying at this authentic property , from the decoration of the rooms / property , to the breakfast . We really felt like we were experiencing a true Italian lifestyle. The host is great and happy to offer recommendations of local restaurants. If you have a car we particularly loved Tenuta Li Lioni , great Italian food ! A short drive out of town for dinner .
