Set on Ortigia Island overlooking the Ionian Sea, Algilà Ortigia Charme is right on the seafront. It features elegant, air-conditioned rooms equipped with antique furnishings from the 1700s. WiFi here is free. The property was charming and well decorated, located right in front of the ocean. Very close to everything. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

This boutique hotel is in the centre of Ortigia, near Piazza Duomo. It is set in a historic building with high ceilings and stone walls. Each of the 6 rooms is spacious and unique. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby. The B&B is conveniently located to everything on the tiny island of Ortigia. Most rooms (including ours) are bright and well-decorated with lovely terraces overlooking the largely pedestrian street. Simple breakfasts (croissants, fresh orange juice and coffee) were served just outside the B&B at an adjacent cafe under the same ownership. The owner was very friendly, helpful and accessible.

The "Amunì Cocktail Bar & Restaurant" serves new and traditional Sicilian recipes. Drinks are served at the bar and can be enjoyed in Piazza Minerva square. Property was well situated and central to all major attractions. Well maintained and top notch service. We found the room spacious and the restaurant was great (we had some drinks and nibbles there throughout our stay). Hotel staff were kind and courteous.

Each room at Giuggiulena is large and comfortable, with air conditioning, a minibar and a TV with satellite and pay-per-view channels. All rooms overlook the Ionian Sea; some rooms have a balcony. Nice place to jump in the water or take a sunbath on the Cliffs. Sunrise was amazing. Breakfast served like in a hotel with fine details. Amazing!
