Aretusa Vacanze is located in a completely renovated 17th-century building at the centre of Syracuse's Ortygia Island. It offers self-catering rooms. It was good that the staff was there 24 hours a day.　They were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the owner's homemade jams were great. Great location, everythings were so nice !!

Super clean and comfortable room in a historical building, with lots of light in the best spot of adorable Ortigia. Our host Alberto was very friendly and gave great tips even prior to our arrival, helping us find the closest parking and the places to visit and eat. He knows a lot about Sicilian history and all the details on the island - super interesting! The breakfast is served in a charming balcony by Anita. We simply loved it and can't wait to come back.

Set in a historic building, Palazzo Gilistro features accommodation with free WiFi access. It is located in Ortygia, a 5-minute walk from the Temple of Apollo. The place is extremely clean and modern in a wonderfully restored building. The service is outstanding and the breakfast was exceptional. A big shout out to Francesca

Lovely hotel, made us love Ortigia even more. The staff is and kind all the time. We did not have a seaview room, but it was still very nice and good value. Delicious breakfast, on a beautiful terrace facing the sea. The whole building just has a great design, i totally recommend!

Paola was welcoming us with a cooled bottle of water and the best tips on where to eat in Ortigia. The room we booked was great, shabby-chic with lots of trinkets, making it feel quite unique. Especially the shower had a very cool look and great water pressure. It also has a nice breakfast place and the probably Sicily's greatest granita shop right next door.

Set in a historic 19th-century building in Siracusa's main square, Il Duomo offers en suite rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. The Lungomare di Levante seafront promenade is 100 metres away. Location of the hotel is amazing, you can see Piazza Duomo from your balcony. Breakfast was very good, hot dishes, choice of coffee, juices and fruits. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fabrizio, Zaira and many others were super helpful at any demand. The owner/manager Giusi was always there helping out with hints and a constant eye for every detail. Breakfast is superb. I can defintely tell that the pictures at Booking.com do not demonstrate well enough how beautifully set is the property. The pool is huge and "resort-like" which is super-handy for the ferocious Sicilian summer heat, however it was never full of people. Just perfect. Spacious and clean rooms.

This boutique hotel is in the centre of Ortigia, near Piazza Duomo. It is set in a historic building with high ceilings and stone walls. Each of the 6 rooms is spacious and unique. Beautiful Ortigia! The hosts were all very accommodating and most helpful. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Beautiful boutique hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
