Best hotel I have ever been to, super stylish. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was absolutely next-level, with so many options I didn’t even know where to start, and they even have a whole gluten-free section. Honestly, for breakfast they had everything you could ever dream of, really. The room was spotless, super cozy, elegantly designed with very comfortable bed. I loved all the little details that made it feel special. It had that perfect mix of comfort and style, and I absolutely loved every moment of this. If I could, I’d give it 100 stars.

Rooms at the Residence Settsass come with a satellite TV and carpeted floors. All rooms feature a private bathroom. Residence Setsass is an incredible place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to make yourself at home with all the appliances you may require to prepare meals. It is a very spacious apartment with secure parking really close by (approx. 150m walk). Alex and Shabnam were so accommodating and friendly. Residence Setsass is located in Colfosco, between Ortisei and Cortina d’Ampezzo which was perfect for exploring the Dolomites. Colfosco itself has ample hiking routes and amazing restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Alpine-style rooms at the Mirabel come with a seating area, satellite TV, and carpeted floors. The studios also include private bathroom has a hairdryer. Really beautiful property, family run - everything is pristine. Stunning views, delicious breakfast, and the spa is an amazing bonus! Ski bus stop is just outside the hotel so that was ideal. In between 2 towns (which means it’s idyllic), but no restaurants super nearby, so do bear that in mind (5 min drive/20 min walk away). Would love to return!

Rooms at Hotel Laurin are fitted with wooden furniture, a private bathroom and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Some rooms overlook the surrounding mountains, and some also have a balcony. The hotel is RUN very efficiently, literally, everybody is busy as a bee to make your stay comfortable. I was impressed by the owners/ staff level of English and the owners' attention to every detail; nice touches like a glass of prosecco on a Sunday evening and some water when you leave. Excellent breakfast, local produce used, very good coffee and, no joke, five kinds of butter. Spacious room, safety box, comfy bed, good lighting, fluffy gowns, and a basket for your pool stuff, elegant lounge, and tasty drinks accompanied by some snacks , the list goes on and on. We found the facilities in the atmospheric jacuzzi&sauna zone quite impressive, and the temperature of the water in the pool pleasantly relaxing. Good location close to restaurants, a cable car, and a chair lift. On arriving, drive straight up the door to unpack, and then you will get the card that opens the gate to the parking lot at the back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Hotel Hartmann! The staff were friendly and hospitable. Our stay came with free bus passes valid for the duration of our stay that can bring us to the city centre. It property overlooks lush greenery, has wellness rooms and sauna that you can use, a very generous breakfast spreads. Rooms are also spacious and comfortable. Truly felt at home!

Boasting a futuristic design, the property is in Bressanone’s centre and provides free internet. Great Staff, beautiful room, separate shower + WC, balcony. Delicious breakfast. Just a great place to stay, the pictures do not do it justice!

A true luxury spa best utilized by those interested in more than a whirlpool and sauna though those were quite nice. This spa offers all the latest in treatments and exceptional quality food all provided by professional and courteous staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains and the villa gardens. Situated a short 30 min walk to Merano’s city center we enjoyed our walks into the city and the surrounding hillside. If I had to be critical I’d say the pool temp could have been 1 degree (C) warmer, the steam sauna could have been steamier and maybe add a cold room to the spa. Two nights was too short.

Windsor Merano Hotel & Suites is an elegant building located on the banks of the Passirio River, in Merano, a 5-minute walk from the city centre. Its gardens feature a sun terrace with outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms offers air conditioning and free WiFi. The location was great, we loved having a relaxing pool with bar service, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the walk to the center of town was lovely along the river. The family who runs the hotel works hard to ensure everyone is happy.
