It is a very well designed rustic place. A pleasure to the eyes. The host, Beatrice was very warm and welcoming. She also took the time to prepare a super breakfast for us though we were only two. On a general note, the most important thing from our stay at B&B Di Camilla, was that we felt so much at home there 🥰

Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!
