Room was ready at 10.30 am when we arrived in Pise, a large room for my partner and I. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, staff asked if we wanted eggs in addition to the buffet(omelette, scrambled etc..). During the day, you can go to the main living room to grab a snack and make a coffee or have a glass of water (still or fizzy). You can also relax or read a book in some super comfy armchair. Please notice that in the shower within our room, water came from a head built into the ceiling. We didn't mind, but maybe some people would. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The area is really calm and at 20min from the train station and the pise tower. There is one supermarket at less than 5min, and another one at 5min in Via Guglielmo Oberdan (a central street). Would recommend 100%!

Situated 350 metres from Piazza dei Miracoli, B&B 7 Rooms offers free WiFi. All units feature air conditioning and a TV. Amazing location - just few minutes from Pisa tower. Great time spent, comfortable to reach the city, all must visit places and around. Also not that far from main train station which was connection to further destinations. In warm period breakfast are served in terrace, which has a great view to Botanic garden and bit to the tower. Very welcoming Luca and other staff. We have arrived earlier, but no problems to leave the luggage, to be advised what to visit.

Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. Fabio is a wonderful host. He was super helpful all through the trip; not only at the start where he kindly helped get our luggage to the floor but also then telling us about the authentic hotels to grab a breakfast or the leather shops to visit. The house itself is cozy and well maintained - perfect for a family of 4! The property is very close to the key attractions and Fabio’s helpful nature made it better!

B&B De Biffi is located in the heart of Florence, 200 metres from the cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all public areas. We stayed in room 8, which was really beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and shower gel. We were especially impressed with the breakfast – the choice was great, as we could order exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered directly to our room. We had options for both sweet and savory dishes, yogurt, cereal, croissants... The location is also excellent, close to the train station and the city center, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, this is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended!

Hotel della Signoria is set in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria square and Ponte Vecchio bridge. The hotel has a fantastic location and offers an amazing breakfast on the terrace with a great variety of food. The staff were friendly, the room design was nice, and they even provided free water in the fridge.

Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station in central Florence, Hotel Bencidormi offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with self-adjusting air conditioning. Free luggage storage facilities are available. I enjoyed the hospitality and respect of the Host. It was amazing, thank you
