The large room with full kitchen. Serena went out of her way to help me get a pair of pants hemmed. Very responsive to questions and made excellent suggestions for travel to other sites. The staff was hospitable, the rooms were clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was a great selection and the location of the hotel is prime since it's just adjacent to the Duomo.

They did everything in their power to assist us always with kindness and a big smile. We would like to thank the staff at the reception for the big effort to assist us with something we left behind they really went the extra mile. We will definitely come back to Palazzo Piccolomini.
