The room was clean and cosy, the shower is big and awesome and fully supplied with all the amenities. Stuff very helpful, especially the lady who served breakfast, sorry don’t know her name but she is amazing and supper nice. Parking was right in front (cost 8€ day, free parking also available little further away).

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. We were upgrated to a beautiful room with a lounge area. The hotel itself is spread out around the city,in three different sites. We were a bit surprised at first, but it gave us a chance to walk around the city. The building where we were was fabulously decorated. The breakfast was fantastic.

Elena was charming and responsive to all of our needs both pre-travel and whiles staying there. Angelina was an incredible hostess/manager and handled all of our needs quickly and professionally. The breakfast was superior and the cakes were awesome -- make sure you try each one. The history of the place was very interesting (built in the 1200's) and we felt very warm and comfortable there. The views from our window of the Tuscan countryside was fabulous. I will return here always on future trips to Montepulciano.
