He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. This 16th-century building is decorated with antique furnishings and comes with free Wi-Fi throughout. The best hotel that I have visited in Europe yet (I have quite a broad experience). Charming antique interiors with modern equipment. All is clean, and all is envisaged in the bathroom, including slippers, vanity kit, lotion and sanitary bags. The location is perfect.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the property is located a 5-minute walk from Verona Cathedral. The host went out of his way to make our stay a comfortable one. The room was spotless and the location can hardly be better - at the very center of Verona. Would highly recommend!

A sweet and savoury breakfast is provided daily. Everything was wonderful! beautiful room, lovely garden, very good breakfast and great energy there!

Accommodation here mixes modern design with traditional features, such as exposed stone walls and original beams. They include a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, while most of the apartments offer free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect, check in and check out without trouble, fast and easy. Apartment was fully equipped and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, also English speaking - which is not necessarily for granted in Italy. 10/10 total, would definitely stay again if in Verona.

Albergo Mazzanti is a 3-star superior hotel 150 metres from Juliet's house and a 5-minute walk from the famous Verona Arena. It offers elegant non-smoking rooms with air conditioning, free newspapers and a buffet breakfast. The Hotel location was exceptional, walking distance to major attractions. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was made very special by the wonderful staff member, Adele who was charming and so efficient.
