Daniele was very kind and hospitable. What I want to highlight is how comfortable the bed and pillows were. This is something that not many B&Bs offer, so this was lovely. There is a kitchen where you can make tea/coffee, take some biscuits. Overall, the place is very well-kept, clean and cosy! You can adjust the heating anytime, so it is warm in the room. Loved it here.

There was a video with check-in instructions and everything went smoothly. We were able to leave our luggage at the office location (although it was a 7minute walk away). Everyone we dealt with was friendly and did what was needed to make our stay pleasant.

Rooms and apartments have a rustic yet elegant design with tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. They are all air conditioned and feature a private bathroom, as well as a private entrance and patio. Most offer views of Verona and the surrounding greenery. We loved the place!! The view from the restaurant was amazing! The room was huge and clean. The bed was really comfortable to rest and sleep. The buffet breakfast was also great and there was a lot of food selection. The staffs were nice, friendly and accomodating. They even helped me for my request. With designer furniture and ultra-modern interiors, the studios and apartments at the Opera Relais De Charme are inspired by famous operas. Each comes with a kitchenette, a satellite LCD TV and air conditioning. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable accomodation. The staff, especially Valentina, were very kind, attentive and easy to reach. They provided all the necessary information for parking and also baby sitting services for the Opera nights. A really wonderful experience!

Just 50 metres from Verona Arena, the Hotel Milano is in Verona’s historic centre. It offers free WiFi, a spa and wellness centre, and a rich breakfast buffet including Italian cappuccino and fresh pastries. The hotel features both rooms and apartments. After some initial misunderstanding before we arrived, everything was exceptional. Free of charge upgrade to apartment with sauna & hot tub. Late check out- no charge for car garage also. Any question or request for assistance was immediately responded. They even packed our luggage in the car while we went on the last tour. 5+ star service in 3 star hotel. Highly recommend.
