The staff is really helpful. We got a big suite, with all ammenities. The beds are comfortable and we could leave our luggage. The Hotel is in a nice area and very close to mall. It costs only 2 Euros with Uber to city center for example. Breakfast is delicious.

It was a fabulous experience. The staff was great, friendly, courteous, professional, attentive, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, very, very clean. Though the hotel has been there for many years but it was taken care of in such a way that competes with the new hotels surrounding Sheraton. Simply I fell in love with this hotel because I have been staying in hotels around the world but this stay has been memorable. Also, the breakfast was amazing! The food catered to all sort of tastes from east, west,north or west. You name it, they had it on the menu. I ran out of words to express how pleasant had my stay been.

The hotel has everything you could want and is incredibly well designed and well kept. The rooms are quite large and the beds are wonderful. The staff is excellent and were always able and willing to help us. There are plenty of food options at the hotel and the breakfast is superb.

Toledo is a really nice hotel in Amman, it is a medium budget-level.
The location is good, really close to King Abdullah Mosque.
The design of the hotel and the room is really nice, nice style and really clean.
Our favorite thing was the breakfast, a lot of different foods and a chef stand where you can ask eggs and pancakes.

beautiful property, lovely rooms and delightful staff. beautifully designed and decorated. we didn’t arrive till 1am and had to collect our car at 9am so didn’t really do it justice although we are back next week before we fly out again. breakfast was excellent.
the concierge deserves a special mention. we were seriously messed around by Avis, who simply did not show up with our car, and he took it upon himself to sort it all out, which he did, even though it took two hours! bravo, sir. All the staff we encountered were excellent.
