Location is perfect, in the middle of everything in Amman, best street, everything is in front of hotel. But if you are a light sleeper and get woken up easily or struggle with sleeping then this is not for you because you hear everything from the street which is 24/7 alive and loud. But everything else is great. Room was simple but enough, rooftop place with free coffee/tea/water, breakfast was good, hosts are awesome, very friendly and informative. Anyways we recommend, it was a 10/10 for our needs in Amman 😁
